Steps for fixing the email receiving problem on iPad Air
Login to the account and try receiving
email on it through test mail. If you are facing problem in receiving it, then
try to log out from all devices.
Sign-in from the iPad.
Synchronize your account on iPad using a computer.
Connect your iPad Air to the computer using USB charging cable.
Plug one end of the cable to the iPad and other to the computer. Launch the iTunes
app and start syncing the email online. If no app is installed, you can

Search for ‘Sync email’ and disable it first. Wait for some seconds
to enable sync function again.
